Animate protect not working with color property

There were 3 separate posts about the same bug. Let's just rely on this one post. I am sure the ZIM team will take a look.

lol - what an active community all working with animating color and using protect at the same time! What are the odds.

This has been patched in ZIM 016 and updated in NPM 16.2.3. We have also adjusted the protect parameter to override the automatic rewind/loop protect if explicitly set to false.
