I'm still thinking Karel. I want to create stuff like I did before that is usable in primary schools. I have one very big project in mind that concerns vocabulary and foreign-language newcomers. But I'm open for suggestions too.

I don't intend to use ZIM Speech for the simple reason that the speech quality of those built-in tts systems are of very terrible quality. There are very good alternatives but they require to not use live tts. This is not a fault of ZIM however. The ZIM speech uses whatever engine is on the target machine.

I know SETT. I don't go anymore however. I'm certainly not the person who likes to talk a lot about what I do but rather do it. There has been a time where I was active on things like SETT like in the 20 years that I developed educational software on cd-rom. But thats in the past now. Currently I only do things if I like to do them and I don't feel the urge anymore to inspire others. I'm 51 and am currently still fulltime employed in school, so thats currently as far as it goes. The rest should be "because I find it fun to do"
