NO button in CamAsk is not centered
Okay - new version of ZIM allows styles to be applied to label of button rather than have the label be style:false. A camAsk group was added to the cam buttons and it set the width of the button to 100... but that also set the width of the Label to 100 and messed up the centering. So hard coded new Label() objects and that overrides the size style.
