Rotating text/container like wheel of fortune numbers

I am trying to rotate text like wheel of fortune numbers around a piece chart. Any ideas?

I am able to rotate text but not it's position around the circle.

Could you just use an image? Then centerReg it.

I did use an image but wanted to dynamically update the text. This will work.

I had the text as an image as well as the actual color wheel. I changed it labels and dynamic color wheel.
