Zim_min.js Can it be downloaded?

I am using ZIM in Adobe Animate to create educational apps for locations that do not have internet access. I am wondering whether ZIM_min.js can be downloaded. I still haven't worked out how to run the applications offline yet but I think this is part of the process.

Hello. Of course, you can download it and use it in situations where there is no internet.
To do this, write the following address in the address line. Download by right clicking and save as. Put it in the folder you want in your project.
You should do this for createjs as well.
