Cheers to Rive for showing the way. We also completely rebuilt the createjs ScaledBitmap from a basic 9-sclice to an n-slice with tiling. All this code was quite tricky despite it looking like there is not much to it. Take a close look at the Slicer tool - the interface is quite sublime and was a delight to work with. There was not one issue when building it.

I tried to make an input for the number of people inside the car 
nice - maybe a Stepper() would be better?
