bot and then a parameter as to how many layers from the bottom, top then a parameter as to how many layers down from the top.
Also, I thought we had lev(3) but I don't see it. Just a chainable wrapper for level property. You can set this on any addTo(), center(), centerReg(), loc(), and pos() but it might be nice when modifying later to have it.
