Bullets- add RTL

Hi! thanks for the new Bullets feature! :raised_hands:

I was wondering if you could add an RTL option to it, so it works nicely with languages like Hebrew and Arabic.:blush:

Yes - can you show us a screenshot of what it should look like. I assume just right aligned and the text on the left of the bullet...

I think it would be better to separate the text alignment into a separate parameter.
In general, the intention is that the text will be to the left of the bullet
