Femming's Left hand "motor" rule made with a Zim / Three fusion

Teaching students to apply Flemming's Left hand rule in the correct way is sometimes tricky. ZIM can help with that...

Orienting the hand is a little cumbersome. It would be nice to be able to twist it as well as simply rotating the axes according to a finger drag.

Yes! It is pretty easy most of the time. Sometimes, I find you can rotate it back and then tilt it and then rotate it again. One thing you could do is provide some presets and it animates to them. Sort of like what we did here: https://zimjs.com/015/textureactive_hud.html with the top right tabs. But maybe that would make it too easy and less of an exploration.

Thank you Dan, that looks really useful. I'll check the code out.

Could be even better if it was interactive and had used animations to explain the movement of arrows.
