Hi there. My name is Iestyn and my company, eChalk, is based in Wales in the UK. eChalk creates educational activities, games, simulations, and quizzes to help teachers deliver engaging lessons. We started out over 20 years ago creating resources in Flash but that has now all moved over to JavaScript and the Canvas and Zim and Dr Abstract have been an important part of that shift.

Hello I'm Karel Rosseel..
I met Dan in corona online because I was searching for creating interactive games for my wife Eva to do distance teaching so I created https://jufeva-sintjozefschoolevere.webflow.io and learned to code more and more and even made already 50+ suggestions to ZIM check https://zimjs.com/updates and I'm trying to test all the code so I can teach ZIM to kids. I made it easier to kids by simplifyng the code by asking Dan to make https://zimjs.com/kids/slate and https://zimjs.com/editor to save files to be able to save and teach to 8 > 12 > years old kids .. because I'm a Teacher STEM+ART = STEAM in Belgium Antwerp. I spread examples at https://klascement.net more than 30.000 hits and 417 likes of the PWA app https://zimjs.com/groovity to teachers in Flanders(part of Belgium) and I taught ZIM in 2023 + 2024 on FOSDEM 2024 - FOSS Educational Programming Languages devroom : video livestream also on my youtube https://youtu.be/nZjreOkFIIo?feature=shared . So now I'm creating games for my own 2 kids and Europe! I like sailing catamaran and share it so children can have an alternative for the computer-time on the water: my videos https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfl8Wx9t-RMWhNbXhRjcSX66xS7hlWpp7&si=aMjkjLkFHW2Hb7Lz
I taught kids also MIT Scratch and Ocostudio and convert all lessons to ZIM code! Feel free to contact me for lessons! I created my own website about ZIM in Dutch on https://zimsalabim.webflow.io because coding is magic  https://Zimjs.com/magic

Hi, my name is Augusto, I work at a company called Arco Educação in Brazil, doing educational games and animation for schools. My expertise lies in 3D animation as a generalist, but I am aways doing some scripting in javascript and c#. I've also had extensive experience in creating Flash games in the past. Why do I do this? Because I have a strong passion for it, and it helps me convey my ideas in a more interactive manner. I have been working mostly with Createjs in the past 6 or 7 years but discovered ZIM and it really impressed me by how user friendly it is. I am currently making a concept map maker with ZIM and has been great so far. Sorry if i made some mistakes with my English.

Hello, this is Joseph, developer of arts and entertainment software in the form of apps, applications, services and platforms. I have a Java and AS3 heritage. I persisted in AIR until I found CreateJS and ZIM, which greatly aided my professional transition to JS. I love good esthetics that are well engineered. I despise attractive facades on incompetent structures. I reserve the title artist for fine artists, writers, musicians, dancers, ..., who pursue their practice out of internal volition, everything else is illustration or utility.

Hello. I am Ferudun Vural. I am joining from Turkey. I am a classroom teacher. I create interactive course content and games for my students. I enjoy using Zim. The only language I know is Javascirpt. However, I create applications for all systems (Android, iOS, Windows, Linux). I do this thanks to Javascript and zimjs. I would like to thank @abstract and his team very much. @abstract was always helpful when I had problems.

Hello
I am Aaron, 49 years old and live in Belgium in a village called Temse. I am a pedagogical ICT coordinator in 7 primary schools. In my spare time I try to create applications that I can use in my schools. I think zim.js is fantastic because I'm not a programmer at all, but I can still get started with it easily. I am an absolute beginner in coding and try to make things with the knowledge I have and discover javascript and zim.js. I especially love creating and discovering things.
