Shaders on ZIM Objects with Channels - Coming

We launched Shaders in ZIM 016 but did not have channels working. That is, we did not directly support the ShaderToy Channels to apply the shader to pictures and videos. We have made it work and even on ZIM DisplayObjects. This will be very cool and we will release it in ZIM 019 - probably early in the new year.

Cool if shader effects also can affect cam video and with ml5 possible?

Idea to drag nodes in 3D also in ZIM?

Yes to the hand effect on the cam. The cam can be passed into any shader now.

Yes to the world spinning effect - you can do that now with overlayed three.js - not a ZIM Shader.

Yes to the third one - you could do that now with a current ZIM Shader.

Almost to the last one. You will be able to move perspective handles but not 3D unless you code it. Now that we have done some perspective stuff, 3D is a possibility, but... I don't think we are going there. P5js added 3D and that is fine for their mandate, but I think we will just leave it up to three.js.
